On December 20, 2017, Excellence Education held its 20th anniversary annual meeting and new image launch event in Guangzhou, with approximately 4,000 participants. As an annual event in the education industry, the event needed to balance brand image display and a large-scale annual meeting atmosphere, placing high demands on on-site execution and spatial experience.

The TowinExpo team provided overall event execution services for this event, including stage space design, on-site material construction, process coordination, and traffic flow planning. Combining the dual needs of an annual meeting and brand launch, the team reasonably planned functional areas such as the main stage, VIP area, and interactive area to ensure smooth transitions between segments.
