On September 27, 2020, the International Forum on Family Education was held in Zhongshan, Guangdong, over two days with over 3,000 attendees. Themed 'Growing Up with Children,' the forum brought together experts and practitioners in education from home and abroad to discuss cutting-edge topics in family education. As a major educational event in China, the forum demanded high standards for spatial planning, stage presentation, and process execution.

Execution Highlights
The forum spanned two days. On the first day, the main venue accommodated over 3,000 attendees, including distinguished guests such as the Chairman of UNICEF. On the second day, the main venue was transformed overnight into five breakout rooms, which, combined with five existing meeting rooms in the exhibition hall, totaled 10 breakout sessions. The TowinExpo team completed the venue transformation within a short timeframe, ensuring equipment debugging and spatial setup for each breakout room. The forum utilized advanced conference technologies including holographic displays, ultra-wide BARCO screen systems, bilingual simultaneous interpretation, and multi-screen interaction. The team was responsible for the installation and debugging of related equipment, ensuring stable and reliable technical performance.

The main venue featured an ultra-wide BARCO screen system paired with holographic technology, delivering an immersive visual experience for the audience. Bilingual simultaneous interpretation and multi-screen interactive technologies enhanced information dissemination efficiency and attendee engagement.
