Project Background
In November 2011, the Sany Heavy Industry Annual Meeting was held at the Boao Forum for Asia Hotel in Hainan. As an annual corporate event, the activity had high requirements for venue atmosphere, stage presentation, and process flow. The Towin team undertook the on-site execution and coordination of this event to ensure the annual meeting was successfully delivered.
Scope of Services
The Towin team was responsible for stage space planning, material construction, and process coordination for the annual meeting. From venue setup to stage presentation, from guest flow to segment transitions, the team followed through the entire process to ensure all parts of the event proceeded in an orderly manner. The event specially invited Xu Li of China Central Television and Li Rui of Hunan Satellite TV as hosts, and invited guests including Yu Junjian, Yin Xiumei, Gege, and Tengger to perform, adding highlights to the event.
Execution Highlights
In the large banquet hall of the Boao Forum for Asia Hotel, the Towin team reasonably planned the stage area, guest area, and flow routes to ensure the visual focus and personnel movement did not interfere with each other. The stage construction balanced stability and aesthetics, and the lighting and sound coordinated with the performance rhythm, creating a solemn yet lively annual meeting atmosphere. At the same time, the team carefully coordinated the process, from the opening to the performances and then to the interactive segments, with smooth transitions that ensured the rhythm of the entire event.
