On March 21, 2018, SANY Heavy Industry held the "SANY Win-Lead" C8 Full Series Road Machinery Spring Ordering Conference at the Guoyuan Langyi Hotel in Shijiazhuang, attracting approximately 350 customers. Towin Expo was responsible for the overall planning and on-site execution of this event, covering the full process from venue design to construction and delivery.

The event was held in the Grand Ballroom of the Guoyuan Langyi Hotel. The Towin team designed the main stage, history and culture wall, registration area, and outdoor setup according to the venue's characteristics, ensuring smooth traffic flow and prominent brand display. The site was planned in advance through 3D renderings, and the actual construction closely reproduced the design.

Guoyuan Langyi Hotel(formerly Xishan Hotel) is affiliated with the Training Center of the Hebei Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. It is the leading super-large comprehensive conference hotel in the western part of the provincial capital. The hotel is located in the western part of Shijiazhuang, with a superior geographical location and convenient transportation.

Towin Expo provided exhibition design, booth construction, exhibition hall space planning, and on-site delivery services for this event. The team made detailed contingency plans regarding the unloading area, electrical load, and overnight construction to ensure the event proceeded smoothly.
The unloading area is at the northwest door of the ballroom. The passage is narrow but very close. Only one truck can unload at a time. Entry and exit procedures are simple.
The electrical boxes in the ballroom can only connect equipment below40kw load; if exceeded, power must be drawn from the electrical well in the front hall corridor.
