In November 2011, SANY's annual meeting was held at the Boao Forum for Asia Hotel in Hainan. As a major corporate event, the occasion demanded high standards in venue atmosphere, stage presentation, and process coordination. The Towin team undertook the on-site execution and overall coordination to ensure the smooth delivery of the annual meeting.

The Towin team was responsible for stage space planning, material construction, and process coordination at the venue. From venue layout to stage presentation, from guest flow to segment transitions, the team followed through the entire process, ensuring orderly execution of all segments. The event invited CCTV's Xu Li and Hunan TV's Li Rui as hosts, with performances by Yu Junjian, Yin Xiumei, Ge Ge, and Tengger, adding highlights to the occasion.
