Project Background
On August 23, 2023, the "Colorful Guizhou Wind · Qianjiu China Tour" 2023 Sauce-flavored Baijiu Origin Main Production Area Brand Promotion Event was held in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. Relevant officials from Guizhou Province and Guangdong Province, the China Alcoholic Drinks Circulation Association, representatives from local governments and financial institutions, and news media were invited to attend. Heads of 32 key baijiu enterprises in Guizhou, as well as representatives from relevant liquor associations, well-known entrepreneurs, key liquor merchants, and consumer representatives from Guangdong Province, participated in the event.

The event was co-hosted by the Guizhou Provincial Baijiu Industry Development Promotion Association and Guizhou Guotai Distillery Group Co., Ltd., aiming to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments on expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption, seize the policy opportunities of the new State Council Document No. 2 (2022), and carry out the 2023 sauce-flavored baijiu origin main production area brand promotion in accordance with the arrangements of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's "Three Pins" National Tour for consumer goods. The goal was to increase the supply of high-quality baijiu enterprise products and enhance the driving role of consumption in economic growth. The Tuoyuan team provided overall planning and execution services for this event, covering stage space design, on-site material setup, process coordination, and on-the-ground execution, ensuring the orderly progress of all event segments.
Execution Highlights
The event used the Guiyang-Guangzhou high-speed railway train "Guotai No." as the creative theme for the main visual design and on-site decoration, cleverly integrating brand image with transportation elements to create a unique visual memory point. The Tuoyuan team focused on the participants' experience in stage construction, booth layout, and traffic flow design. Through reasonable space division and material presentation, they facilitated the efficient transmission of brand information. Meanwhile, the team fully cooperated with the organizer throughout the process rehearsal and on-site scheduling, ensuring the smooth holding of the event.
